The Salvation Army of North Texas works to address the startling realities of addiction, homelessness, and poverty across our cities. By re-establishing their goals for processes, partnerships, programs, and places, they can do more than just change lives. They have revolutionized the way they serve our cities.


The Salvation Army of North Texas has 6 shelter and senior living centers that house 1,300 per night; they have 12 food pantries feeding 10,000 per week; and 3 recovery programs treating 500 per week.


Resmond Richardson is a fundraising professional and community leader committed to advancing organizations that serve and uplift others. 


With a background in major gifts and strategic development, he focuses on relationship-building, revenue growth, and long-term donor engagement. His leadership philosophy centers on listening, accountability, and empowering others to operate in their strengths. 


Resmond also is an author of two books ‘Love’s Trip’ and ‘Moving Mirrors’ while leading his own Sports organization called Have Heart Sports.
