Sarah Kuechler
Chief of Staff - Town of Addison
Sarah Kuechler began her service with the Town of Addison in November 2023 serving as Chief of Staff. In this role, Sarah assists the City Manager’s Office in facilitating the execution of strategic priorities, coordinating key initiatives across the organization, and developing high-level communications.
Prior to joining Addison, Sarah served with the City of Denton for almost 7 years in various capacities, including as Chief of Staff, Director of Public Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations, and Director of Human Resources. She also worked for the Village of Glenview, Illinois for 5 years as Strategic Services Manager and Assistant to the Village Manager, after completing her Master of Public Administration in 2012 from Northern Illinois University.
Sarah has enjoyed joining the Addison team and serving the “Addison Way”. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her family (her husband Jay, their almost two-year old daughter Dylan, and their German Shorthaired Pointer dog Maggie).
