Kenya Ambulance Project
Dave McSpadden is the Past District Governor from the Waxahachie Rotary Club.
Samwel Otieno founded a hospital in Kenya in 2014. In December 2021, while seeking assistance for the hospital, he met fellow Rotarian and Waxahachie resident Dave McSpadden. Working together, Otieno and McSpadden created the U.S.-based nonprofit arm of RTC to help raise funds for the hospital.
Currently the hospital needs an ambulance.
