The Addison Midday Rotary Club is raising money for Polio
As of October 17 we have raised $170.
Tickets are 1 - for $10 or 3 - for $20
No other combination of tickets. If you would like 6 tickets the cost is $40.
Drawing is October 22, you do not need to be present to win.
Write you name on the back of the ticket to be eligible to win.
Third prize – a $25 gift card plus 1 Foundation Recognition Point for each dollar (170 points minimum) raised up to 500 points
Second prize – a $50 gift card plus 2 Foundation Recognition Points for each dollar (340 minimum) raised up to 1,000 points.
First prize – a $100 gift card plus 3 Foundation Recognition Points for each dollar raised (510 minimum) up to 1,500 points.
The Foundation Recognition Points will be submitted to the Rotary Foundation in the winner’s name.

In addition, donations to Polio Plus will be accepted at the meeting.
For each check put in the donation container, one additional Foundation Recognition Point, for each dollar on the check, will be donated in the persons name to Polio Plus/Paul Harris. A maximum 1,000 points will be donated for all the checks in the container. If more than $1000 is raised the 1000 Foundation Recognition Points will be pro-rated between donations.
Example: A donation of $100 will get a person 200 points (one point per dollar donated and one point from AMRC).
